Words from the founder, Mark Cristiano - 

I am Mark Cristiano, a British/Italian national with a passion for the art of Italian shoemaking. The Cristiano
family has been involved in Italian footwear for several decades and having worked some years in my
family’s business in Italy, I decided to merge my Italian and British heritage and promote ‘Made in Italy’
footwear in the UK. I have now brought my Italian leather shoe collection to The Factory.

Thanks to solid relationships built up over the years, I am able to buy my shoes directly from manufacturers
in the south of Italy, where there is still a strong traditional artisan footprint. My shoes are 100% made in
Italy, from genuine Italian leather, following artisan methods passed down from generation to generation.
‘’Made in Italy’’ is not only renowned worldwide, but a guarantee of quality, elegance and style.
