Rise Bakery Pop-up
RISE - Japanese Bakery and Bar will be previewing their upcoming shop launch in Picadilly Circus, with a pop-up in The Factory!
The sister company of Happy Sky Bakery in Chiswick, RISE's objective is sustainable baking, without additives, using carefully selected ingredients such as natural Japanese yeast and Sake lees from the Dojima brewery in Cambridge.
Founders Motoko and Megumi, longtime friends from Japan, decided to open RISE together after working in baking and catering for many years.
Come visit, and try out their delicious baking at The Factory for one day only this Sunday!
